The YTR280C produces 280 kN·m rotary torque from a 261 kW engine, rated for 2000 mm pile diameter and 85 m depth—heavy-duty deep foundation drilling.

The YTR280C is the heavy-deep foundation rig: 261 kW, 280 kN·m torque, 2000 mm piles to 85 m. It is built for super-tall buildings, deep river-crossing bridges and major port cofferdams where piles must go long and socket into competent strata.
This is the machine for projects that push beyond standard foundation depth—large-diameter piles that carry high structural loads deep into stable ground, through overburden and into weathered rock.
For major infrastructure contractors worldwide, the YTR280C is the next step up from the 200C: more engine, more torque and deeper reach, configured by Yutong engineers to the pile design and ground profile of the project.
For super-tall and deep-bridge foundations, the YTR280C is supplied with a configured mast, rock-socketing tooling and a commissioning programme. Yutong engineers stay available through the pile programme until the crew is independent.
For deep bridge and tower foundations, Yutong engineers set the mast and rod count to the pile depth, then commission the YTR280C and train the crew until it runs independently on the project.
The YTR280C is chosen on projects where depth and diameter both push past the standard class; its 261 kW engine and 280 kN·m torque are matched to continuous large-bore production, not intermittent use.
