The YTR230D/YTR300D Буровой станок для скважинных зарядов is purpose-built for open-pit mining and quarry blasthole drilling operations. Mounted on a heavy-duty truck chassis (Caterpillar or Doosan option), this hydraulic drilling rig delivers rapid hole penetration with precise depth control, making it ideal for large-scale mining projects requiring consistent borehole quality across granite, limestone, and overburden layers.
The YTR230D and YTR300D share a proven architecture with Doosan engines: the 230D uses a 230 kW DE12TIA and the 300D a 260 kW DE12T, giving 230 and 300 kN·m torque respectively.
The pair covers 2000 mm (230D) and 2500 mm (300D) pile diameters, so a fleet can step between sizes without changing rig family.
The 230D reaches 52/68 m and the 300D 30/52/76 m across configurable mast and rod set-ups, matching depth to pile design.
215 kN crowd and 230–240/280 kN pull handle the heavy tooling and rod loads of large bores through dense and weathered rock.

The YTR230D/YTR300D pair is a family of heavy foundation rigs on Doosan engines, covering 2000–2500 mm piles at 52–76 m depths. They suit large building foundations, bridge works and port projects where the job calls for a choice of size within one proven design.
Because the two models share architecture and components, contractors can standardise crews, tooling and maintenance across both sizes—valuable on multi-project programmes where pile diameters vary by structure.
The Doosan engine choice keeps parts support familiar on international projects. Yutong configures the mast and rod set-up to the required depth, and supports both models through commissioning, training and parts supply.
Because both models share architecture, a fleet can standardise operators and maintenance across sizes, reducing training time and spares complexity. Yutong configures the mast and tool set to the pile design for each project.
Standardising on the shared D-family lets a foundation fleet use the same crews and spares across two pile sizes, and Yutong advises on the mast and tool set-up for each project‘s pile design.
Fleet managers prefer the shared D-family because one parts stock and one operator-training programme cover both sizes, reducing complexity on multi-project foundation contracts.

Doosan engines (DE12TIA and DE12T)—a familiar, well-supported choice on international foundation projects.
With 215 kN crowd and 230–280 kN pull, and appropriate rock tooling, they handle weathered to medium rock; specify the rock strength for tool selection.
Yutong engineers set the mast, rod count and tooling to the pile diameter and depth, then commission and train the crew on site.
