7x24 technical support for Yutong equipment — response within 24 hours, anywhere in the world.

Global Dealer & Distributor Network

A machine on a mine in Chile or a sweeper on a street in Riyadh is only productive if local people can sell it, service it and keep it running. Our dealer network puts sales, parts and technicians on the ground across five regions.

Where the network reaches

Yutong equipment runs in more than 60 countries, organized into five regions. In Southeast Asia we support mining and infrastructure customers across Indonesia, the Philippines and Vietnam. In the Middle East we serve municipal and construction fleets in the Gulf states. Across Africa we cover gold, copper and coal mines and municipal sanitation programs. In South America we work with copper and aggregate operators. In the CIS region we support mining and construction fleets. Regional pages explain the equipment mix for each market, from Africa mining equipment to Middle East construction machinery.

What a Yutong dealer is responsible for

A dealer is the local face of the factory. The job starts with sales: understanding your application, quoting the right machine and spec, and arranging financing or leasing where needed. It continues through delivery: customs clearance, transport to site, and operator training. Most importantly, it never stops after handover. The dealer holds a fast-moving parts stock, carries out scheduled maintenance and warranty repair, and is the first call when a machine faults. When a problem needs factory engineering, the dealer escalates it to Zhengzhou with the fault codes and photos already gathered.

Why buy through a local dealer

The single biggest cost of owning imported equipment is downtime waiting for a part or a technician. Sea freight from China to the Middle East runs roughly 20 to 30 days, and to West Africa 35 to 45 days. A dealer with local stock and a service bay removes that delay for everyday items. For a mining truck sitting idle, every hour of downtime is lost production; for a municipal sweeper fleet, it is missed service contracts. Buying through a dealer means those consumables and common failure parts are available locally, and warranty work is performed in your language.

What we look for in a distributor

We do not appoint dealers lightly. A good candidate already sells and services construction or mining equipment in its territory, runs a proper workshop with lifts, diagnostics tools and trained technicians, and keeps a parts warehouse. They understand the local customer base — mining houses, contractors, municipal authorities — and can represent the full range from wheel loaders and crawler cranes to sanitation trucks. In return we provide factory training, technical documentation, pricing support, and a steady flow of leads from our global enquiry channel.

Dealer support from the factory

Authorized dealers are not left to figure things out alone. Every appointed dealer receives factory product training, access to technical documentation and circuit diagrams, and a structured spare parts supply agreement. Warranty claims follow the standard 12-month / 2,000-hour terms and are processed with the factory on the dealer's behalf. For major fleet deliveries, our export engineers travel to commission machines and train dealer technicians, so local staff can handle the work after the factory team returns home.

Frequently asked questions

Which regions does the Yutong dealer network cover?

Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, South America and the CIS region. Equipment operates in more than 60 countries, with local sales and service contacts in the main markets.

What does a Yutong dealer actually do?

Local sales and quotation, fast-moving spare parts stock, warranty and maintenance service, machine commissioning, and local-language support between your site and our Zhengzhou engineering team.

Why buy through a dealer instead of directly from the factory?

A local dealer cuts response time. Parts are on the shelf instead of waiting on 30-day sea freight, a technician reaches your site in hours or days, and warranty claims are handled in your language and time zone.

How do I become a Yutong dealer?

Send your company profile, existing equipment brands, workshop and parts warehouse details, target territory and customer base. We review fit, service capability and territory coverage.

Do dealers provide warranty service?

Yes. Authorized dealers carry out warranty diagnosis and repair under the standard 12-month / 2,000-hour warranty, with parts supplied through our global spare parts channel.

What if there is no dealer in my country?

Sales and service are coordinated directly from Zhengzhou, with regional engineers traveling to site for commissioning and training, and parts shipped by sea or air freight.
