A service network built around where the machines actually work
Yutong equipment operates across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America, in mines, municipal fleets and infrastructure projects. After-sales support is organised around those regions: local sales and service contacts, regional spare-parts channels, and engineers who travel to site for commissioning and training. Whether your project is a copper pit in South America or a municipal cleaning fleet in the Middle East, the support path is the same — call us, we diagnose, we dispatch.
Spare parts supply: plan around lead time, not wishful thinking
The number one cause of avoidable downtime on exported equipment is waiting for a part. We keep original spare parts flowing from our Zhengzhou base (No. 88 Yugong Road, Zhengzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone). Fast-moving wear items — filters, seals, brake linings, brushes, seal kits, pump valves — are bundled into starter fast-moving-parts kits shipped with the first order, so your site is not waiting on a 30-day sea freight for a consumable that should have been on the shelf already.
Sea freight from China to the Middle East runs roughly 20–30 days, and to West Africa roughly 35–45 days, depending on the discharge port. For critical failures, parts can go by air freight to cut that lead time to days. When you order a fleet, ask us for a recommended spare-parts list sized to your shift pattern.
On-site service: installation, commissioning and training
New equipment rarely performs to spec on day one without proper setup. Our service team provides on-site installation and commissioning for major fleets — mining truck delivery, crawler crane assembly, electric sanitation fleet rollout — so the machine is checked against its spec before the first shift. This is where we catch site-specific issues: wrong haul-road grade, charging supply mismatch, or a superstructure that needs adjustment to the local route. Fixing it at commissioning prevents months of under-performance.
Technical support, warranty and operator training
7x24 technical support. Our export engineering team acknowledges inquiries within 24 hours, every day. For network-enabled equipment we use fleet telematics and remote diagnostics to read fault codes and live parameters, so many issues are solved on a video call without waiting for a technician to fly out.
Warranty. Equipment is covered by a one-year / 2,000-hour warranty (whichever comes first) from delivery, against manufacturing defects under normal operation. Consumables such as tyres, filters and brake linings follow their own wear schedules. Quality control runs through receiving, in-process and pre-delivery inspection under ISO 9001.
Operator and technician training. We train your crew on daily pre-start checks, safe operation and basic fault diagnosis — at our Zhengzhou factory or at your project site, in English or arranged local language. A well-trained operator typically gets more life out of every wear part and avoids the misuse failures that warranty does not cover.

Plan your support before the machine ships
The best after-sales experience is the one you set up at order stage: choose your spare-parts kit, schedule commissioning and training, and agree the response plan for your country. Talk to us through the contact page or email market@yutonggroup.com, and read more about our factory and quality system on the about us page.
Frequently asked questions
How fast do you respond to a breakdown on my site?
Technical inquiries are acknowledged within 24 hours. For critical failures we open a remote diagnostic session first; if a technician or part must travel, on-site arrival depends on the nearest service point and freight route to your country.
How long do spare parts take to reach me?
Sea freight to the Middle East is roughly 20 to 30 days and to West Africa 35 to 45 days. Critical parts can go by air freight. We recommend holding a fast-moving-parts kit with the first order.
What does the warranty cover?
One year or 2,000 hours (whichever first) from delivery for manufacturing defects under normal operation. Consumables such as tyres, filters and brake linings follow their own wear schedules.
Do you provide operator training on site?
Yes. We commission fleets on site and train operators and maintenance technicians on pre-start checks, safe operation and basic fault diagnosis, at our Zhengzhou factory or your project site.
