The Yutong YTR436HE range-extended electric rotary drilling rig, which was observed during this demonstration, has completed 1161 hours of continuous, trouble-free operation. Facing geological conditions of moderately weathered limestone (1.5-16 meters deep) with a hardness of 30-60 MPa, and pile diameters of 1.6 meters and depths of 17-19 meters, the drilling time was approximately 30 hours. In range-extended mode, fuel consumption was 23 liters per hour, and in pure electric mode, power consumption was 89 kWh per hour. Compared to similar equipment on the same site, efficiency is increased by 30%, energy consumption in pure electric operation is reduced by 66.6%, and energy consumption in range-extended operation is reduced by 40%-50%.
After the on-site observation, Wang Dangqi, General Manager of Yutong Heavy Equipment Jinan Branch, gave a detailed explanation of the YTR436HE range-extended electric rotary drilling rig.

Through data comparison over the past 50 days, Yutong's range-extended electric rotary drilling rig has demonstrated significant advantages in efficiency and energy consumption compared to traditional fuel-fired drilling rigs.
