Event Overview

The Wuhan International Bridge Technology Forum and Industry Expo brought together leading experts and industry professionals from around the world for three days of technical exchange and product showcase. The event's focus on intelligent construction and smart services reflected the rapid technological advancement in China's bridge engineering sector. Yutong's participation underscored the company's commitment to contributing specialized equipment solutions to the bridge inspection and maintenance industry.

Product Technology

Yutong's bridge inspection vehicle is designed to safeguard bridge safety, and making China's bridges safer is the very reason it was created. The Yutong truss-type bridge inspection vehicle adopts integrated mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and communication technologies, featuring safety, reliability, wide applicability, and high work efficiency. Its hydraulic cylinders have automatic limit functions, providing two levels of safety protection to ensure safe and reliable operation. During operation, the maximum span width can reach 3.6 meters and the maximum span height can reach 4.9 meters, enabling it to inspect the vast majority of bridge structures. The vehicle also features an automatic walking function that significantly improves work efficiency on site.

Industry Context

At the exhibition, the vehicle's superior performance and eye-catching appearance attracted numerous customers and industry visitors. Today, China's bridge construction has achieved numerous world firsts, with 60 percent of the world's top ten longest-span bridges located in China. This rapid development in bridge construction necessitates even more rigorous testing and maintenance to ensure the safety and reliability of aging bridge infrastructure. Yutong bridge inspection vehicles are designed to meet this growing demand, working alongside industry professionals to safeguard the safety of China's extensive bridge network.
