Yutong Heavy Industries operates on a 2,000-acre industrial park in the Zhengzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, Henan Province. The company moved into this new industrial park in 2013, bringing together advanced technical conditions, energy-saving systems and environmentally friendly production processes under one integrated campus. The facility provides strong support for product research, manufacturing and global delivery. The industrial park is designed around efficient material flow, modern assembly lines and a clean, organised production environment that reflects Yutong's commitment to manufacturing quality and environmental responsibility across every product line the company produces.

Production Lines & Processes

The production line integrates CNC machining centres, robotic welding systems, precision assembly workshops and rigorous quality-testing stations. Key structural components are machined in-house on large-capacity CNC equipment to ensure dimensional accuracy and weld quality. Automated welding cells reduce human error and deliver consistent structural integrity across every machine that leaves the factory. Final assembly and testing are conducted in dedicated workshops that follow strict process-control procedures. The same manufacturing discipline applies across product lines ranging from wheel loaders and mining dump trucks to rotary drilling rigs, dynamic-compaction machines, crawler cranes and special-purpose sanitation vehicles.

Annual Production Capacity

Yutong Heavy Industries has a proven annual output capacity that supports both domestic and international order books. Key production volumes include approximately 5,000 wheel loaders, 3,000 mining dump trucks, 1,000 wheel bulldozers, 100 tracked down-hole drilling rigs and 200 scrapers per year. These capacities allow the company to meet large-volume overseas contracts — such as the 17-unit road-wrecker order for Venezuela — on reliable delivery schedules. The integrated production campus also enables flexible scheduling across product lines to respond quickly to market demand and to scale up production for large government or mining-company tenders without compromising build quality or delivery lead times.

Quality Control System

The company has established formal operation instructions including product inspection and control procedures, receiving-inspection control procedures, sampling-inspection operation instructions and process-quality-inspection operation instructions. Every machine goes through pre-acceptance, departure inspection, arrival inspection and PDI delivery inspection before handover to the customer. The result is consistent build quality across every product line, from wheel loaders and mining trucks to rotary drilling rigs and special-purpose vehicles. This systematic quality approach underpins Yutong's reputation for durable, high-performance equipment operating reliably in more than 60 countries worldwide.
